Get Started with Security Keys

Before You Begin

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• An active merchant account with your partner
• Business Center access provisioned for your merchant ID
• Key Management permissions on your Business Center user role

1. Log in to the :

   After logging in, choose Support > Help on the top right of the home screen for in-product documentation.

2. In the , you can use the Dashboard or Key Management to create your keys. These keys can be downloaded for you to securely store in your system.

   When you log in to the , the dashboard appears.

   After contacting customer support to get access to the , the dashboard appears.

   You can use the Security Keys dashboard to:

   • View any keys that will expire soon.
   • Go directly to the Key Management page by clicking View All Keys.
   • Create a new key by clicking Generate new key.

   

   When you log in to the , navigate to Payment Configuration > Key Management to access the Key Management page.

   After contacting customer support to get access to the , navigate to Payment Configuration > Key Management to access the Key Management page.

   You can use the Key Management page to:

   • Search for an existing key.
   • Delete an existing key.
   • Create a new key by clicking Generate new key.
   • View any keys that will expire soon.

3. Click Generate new key on the Key Management page or dashboard to open the Create Key page. Select your key type and follow the steps for your integration:

   • REST API Keys: authenticate REST API requests using JWT or HTTP signature. See Create REST API Keys.
   • Simple Order Keys: authenticate Simple Order API requests. See Create Simple Order API Keys.
   • MLE Keys: encrypt TMS REST API requests and responses. See Create a Token Management MLE Key.
   • PGP Keys: protect Account Updater response files and NOC reports. See Create a PGP Key.
   • Secure Acceptance Keys: configure Secure Acceptance profiles. See Create Secure Acceptance Keys.
   • Batch Upload Keys: send batch files securely. See Create a Batch Upload Key.

   Result: Your new key appears in the Key Management list and the key file downloads to your desktop. Store the downloaded file and any password in a secure location.
