This use case processes a PIN debit Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) purchase with a cash benefits account, swiped track data, and cash back. Set processingInformation.electronicBenefitsTransfer.category to CASH and processingInformation.purchaseOptions.isElectronicBenefitsTransfer to true.
