EBT Credit SNAP Account

This use case credits a PIN debit Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) purchase to a SNAP account. Set processingInformation.electronicBenefitsTransfer.category to FOOD and processingInformation.purchaseOptions.isElectronicBenefitsTransfer to true.
