Manage Payment Links

Use the Manage Pay by Links page in the to view, share, and edit your payment links. You can sort links by item name, description, price, creation date, or status.

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Pay by Link.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click Manage Links. The Manage Pay by Links page appears.
  3. Click the name of the link you want to view.
  4. Choose how to share the link with customers:
OptionSteps
Payment linkClick Copy Link to copy the payment link URL to your clipboard.
Website buttonClick Copy Code to copy the HTML embed code for a checkout button. Click Preview Button to see how the button will appear on your website.
QR codeClick Get Code to generate a QR code. Click Download to download the QR code image and share it with customers.

These fields can be edited on an existing payment link:

  • Pay by Link type (fixed price or customer-set price)
  • Item name
  • Item description
  • Price
  • Max quantity
  • Expiry date
  • Customer shipping address request
  • Customer phone number request
  • Customer email address request
  • Status (Active or Inactive)

Steps:

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Pay by Link.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click Manage Links. The Manage Pay by Links page appears.
  3. Click the name of the link you want to edit.
  4. In the Summary panel, click Edit. The Edit Your Pay by Link page appears.
  5. Make changes to any of these sections:

Edit Pay by Link TypeClick Edit to change the link type. Click Continue. Click Yes, change to confirm and update item details.
Edit Item DetailsClick Edit to update item details. Click Continue to save.
Edit Customer DetailsClick Edit next to Customer Details. Update the settings. Click Continue to save.
  1. Click Update Pay by Link to save. The Manage Pay by Links page appears.
  2. (Optional) To change the link status, click Status and select Active or Inactive. The link status updates immediately on the Manage Pay by Links page.
