Sales

When the customer chooses the Korean payment method during checkout, you can initiate a sale by sending your merchant details and the order information to in an initiate sale request.

Green Tax

To add a green tax to an initiate sale, include the orderInformation.amountDetails.taxDetails[].type request field and set its value to GREEN. You cannot complete a partial refund if you include this field in the initiate sale request. For more information, see Refund Restrictions.

Merchant App

If the customer is using a merchant app, the deviceInformation.appUrl optional field enables you to set a redirect URL to take the customer back to the merchant app once they complete the payment on the KCP website.

`deviceInformation.appUrl`		To enable and update your app URL, contact your customer service representative.
`installmentInformation.frequency`		Supported only for credit card payments when the transaction amount is greater than 50,000 KRW. Cards issued outside of Korea are not supported. Depending on the agreement with KCP and the issuers, there could be a service charge.
`merchantInformation.merchantDescriptor.name`		Merchant brand name that appears on the customer's statement.
`orderInformation.lineItems[].productDescription`		Description of a line item in the order.
`orderInformation.lineItems[].productName`		Name of a line item in the order.
