Announcements {#rn-announce} ============================ These are the announcements for October 24, 2025. Webhooks Updates {#webhooks-validations-decommission} ===================================================== We added new validations for version 1 of Webhooks: * Only alpha-numeric data and spaces are allowed in the name field of newly created or updated subscriptions. Existing version 1 subscriptions are not affected unless they are updated. * Most Webhooks fields for newly created or modified subscriptions do not accept HTML tags. Existing version 1 subscriptions are not affected unless they are updated. * The securityType field in `Create` and `Patch` requests accepts only one of these values: `key`, `oAuth`, or` oAuth_JWT`. {#webhooks-validations-decommission_ul_zrz_34c_qgc} Version 1 will be decommissioned in April 2026. Features Introduced This Week {#rn-features} ============================================ **Payment Processing** \| RM-39946 ---------------------------------- Description : The Worldpay VAP (vantivcnp) processing connection has been updated to support multiple cryptograms for Visa and Mastercard payment processing, with enhanced security and authentication. This allows merchants to combine 3DS authentication with network tokens or device tokens to provide increased levels of authentication and enhanced levels of issuer approval. Audience : Merchants who process on Worldpay VAP in North America. Benefit : Increased levels of authentication and enhanced levels of issuer approval. Technical Details : None. Important Dates : Released to production October 14, 2025. **Fraud Management Essentials** \| RM-37031 ------------------------------------------- Description : The Accept and Settle panel in Decision Manager is now a one-step process instead of two steps. Audience : Users of Decision Manager. Benefit : The accept and settle process is now streamlined for ease and convenience. Technical Details : None. Important Dates : Released to production October 22, 2025. **Decision Manager** \| RM-39687 -------------------------------- Description : The Provider Field Edition panel will include now all comparable groups instead of being filtered by value type. Audience : Users of Decision Manager. Benefit : Users can choose from all available options. Technical Details : None. Important Dates : Released to production October 22, 2025. **Unified Checkout** \| RM-38015 -------------------------------- Description : This release provides these updates: : * Multiple pass-through fields can be set in the capture context for use with the `completeMandate` orchestration. * Bug fix for Device Fingerprinting. * The Token Create option allows tokens to be created within the Unified Checkout flow for $0 Auth if you processor supports it. * Support for Tink in the UK. * Support for Jaywan as a card type. * The payment details response returns all detected card types. * Removed confirmation screen for eCheck to reduce the steps for consumers at checkout. Fixed Issues {#rn-fixed-issues} =============================== **Payment Processing** \| RM-39813 ---------------------------------- Description : This release fixes a defect that caused the value of the Merchant Category Code sent in the API request to be overwritten by the value set in the merchant's account for the FDC Nashville Global gateway. Audience : Merchants who process transactions through FDC Nashville Global. Technical Details : None. Important Dates : Released to production October 23, 2025. Known Issues {#rn-known-issues} =============================== **Payment Credits** \| EPS-33493 -------------------------------- Description : The Business Center currently permits users with stand-alone credit permissions to initiate follow-on credit transactions that exceed the 180-day period configured in the account settings. The platform processes these credits as stand-alone credits rather than follow-on credits. Audience : Global. Technical Details : None. Workaround : None. **Business Center Reports** \| EPS-33999 ---------------------------------------- Description : Some users might be unable to properly view the Available Reports page in the Business Center. They might see a red banner error: *"Merchant and Group List Service is currently unavailable. Please try again later."* Audience : Users of Reporting in the Business Center. Technical Details : None. Workaround : Create a new user and try again. **Invoicing** \| EPS-34231 -------------------------- Description : When an invoicing payment receives a soft decline with Reason Code 230 and is settled manually in the Business Center, the associated invoice remains in `PENDING` status instead of changing to `PAID`. Audience : Users of Invoicing. Technical Details : None. Workaround : None. **Similar Search** \| EPS-34280 ------------------------------- Description : Transaction application labels in the Similar Search results do not match the transaction application labels in the Transaction Search of the Business Center. Audience : Users of Similar Search. Technical Details : None. Workaround : Transaction request IDs found in the Similar Search results can be used to perform a standard transaction tearch in the Business Center to obtain correct application labels. **Decision Manager** \| EPS-34333 --------------------------------- Description : An intermittent issue sometimes causes an error message in the Third Party Services section when viewing a transaction in Case Management, due to latency. The correct data should appear after a short amount of time. Audience : Users of Decision Manager. Technical Details : None. Workaround : Reload the page after a few minutes, possibly up to 20 minutes. **Vault Management** \| EPS-34370 --------------------------------- Description : In the Vault Management section of the Token Management System, when a merchant attempts to enable American Express network tokens, the format is changed to Instrument Identifier. Audience : Merchants who use Vault Management. Technical Details : None. Workaround : None. **Merchant Boarding** \| EPS-34438 ---------------------------------- Description : Merchants and partners cannot assign new MIDs to existing accounts in the legacy boarding platform. Audience : Merchants using the legacy boarding platform. Technical Details : None. Workaround : 1. Log into the reseller portfolio account. 2. Click **Switch Merchant** and select the account under which you would like to board the MID. 3. After the switch, use the left-navigation menu to navigate to **Portfolio Management \> Manage Merchants**. 4. Click **Add Merchant** and enter the required information. 5. When the MID is successfully onboarded, click **Switch Merchant** and choose the portfolio account. The MID is successfully onboarded.
